Hi,

I replaced all 3 colour cartridges with new ones but it still only prints in black and white.

I do notice that in Printer Properties, opposite the word Color, it says No.

There must be some setting somewhere to set Color to Yes?

Thanks.

On your PC, go to control panel>devices and printers and right click on the icon for your printer. Select printer properties from the drop down menu. On the general tab you will see a preferences button, click that button and then click the color tab from the next screen.

Hi Repairatrooper,

The colour option you show in your screenshots weren't available to me or I would have selected them already.

Anyway, I did a complete uninstall as per Betty0610(HP Support Agent) email to me on 13th August and its back printing in colour again. Many thanks.
