Hi All,
I want to reboot printer HP LaserJet 500 color MFP M575 remotely using command line and follow instruction this link https://community.spiceworks.com/how_to/122155-how-to-reboot-an-hp-printer-remotely.
I have reboot.txt with code
when I try, it's looking good untill transfer complete. The Problem, when I test "ping hostname printer" , printer always show me "reply" not "request time out". I think, it should be "request time out" when printer rebooted.
successfull transfer reboot.txt
Loss = 0 %
Kindly need your advice
Thanks

Why?
If the printer has rebooted, then surely it is "available", and the 'ping' should therefore work OK and show success?
Note that I can't yet see the images you posted (it can take some hours before such images are "approved"), so perhaps your question will make more sense to me once those images can be seen.
