Hi,
i bought the Colour LasjetPro M252N 3 month ago and this week a fault occured and was replaced immediatly with a new one. How can I check if this unit is refurbished or not? Thanks. I was given to me in a white box fully packed. Thanks

Not sure but it probably is refurbished. I trust reimbursed units more than new ones. They have been brought back for repair. The diagnostic run, the exact problem found and verified. The part replaced and tested again and then put on the shelf for replacement.
New units? Power up? Lights on, ship it.

Hello,
A refurbished LaserJet printer should have an "R" at the end of the Product No. In your case, assuming the image you provided is the printer in question, This would be a new printer since there is no "R" at the end of the Product No.
