Remote Desktop Printing Compatibility - Product:Laser jet Pro P1606DN, Laser Jet Pro M1536DNF MFP

Hi

Want to know whether Laser jet Pro P1606DN, OR  Laser Jet Pro M1536DNF MFP compatible with RDP Printing without installing the drivers on the server.

We have a Windows 2008 server running terminal server on one end and 64 bit and 32 bit Windows 7 clients on the other end.

Is there a list available where we can see which HP Printers are compatible with RDP printing?

Follow the steps in the document below.

Installing the Printer Software on Windows Server 2003 or 2008

P1606DN drivers:

Hello, my working solution was

HOST WIN2012R2

CLIENT VISTA 32bit

For host:

nothing

For client:

Update firmware of printer

Connect printer by tcp/ip (usb may work too)

Download and install HP Universal printer driver for windows pcl5

connect to host over rdp (easy printer share)

and it´s WORKING !!!!!!!
