HP LaserJet Pro 200 color Printer M251 series

Im in the processes of replacing the black cartridge in my printer. After putting the cartridge in the printer I recieved an error message "remove shipping locks". I put the old cartridge in and it worked, I've restored to defults settings, and Ive done a hard restart none of which worked. All the cartidges in the machine are new authentic hp cartridges.

Ive watched that youtube video and my cartridge lifts up and snaps back without issue. Any other suggestions?

If the old toner works, that would indicate you got a bad new toner. Return to place of purchase for refund or exchange.
