Repair cost

Does HP repair / recondition these printers and if so, any ideas as to cost OR would be be less expensive to buy an updated version?

Thank you for your fast responce; however, the "Staples" stores the 'phone service hyperlink' points to, do not and have not ever repaired any HP printers.  Just to make certain, I called each one of the Staples in the tri-county Charleston area.  Where they were more than willing to sell me another like printer,  none do any repaires.  As it is past any warranty, each said to go buy another.  Having purchased 4 new HP cartridges the week before and finding out now they will only fit the M252 printers certainly does not fair well towards the purchase of another HP printer.

I am retired USAF veteran so looking elsewhere is my only option.  Amazon website does list new and referb HP Laser Jet Pro M 252 dw  printers but the warranty is thru HP.  My attempts to contact HP about that type of warranty service, should something fail, has been answered with"that printer has been discontinued".
