Product: HP Color LaserJet CP5225
Operating System: Microsoft Windows Vista (64-bit)
Hi,
I cleared a jam that was in the fuser and since then I have not been able to print. I had to pull out the fuser to help release the paper (I let it cool down first) as it was really jammed in there. After that I replaced the fuser as per instructions and now everytime I print it stops with the paper reaching the fuser about 1" inch. I constantly have to clear the jam.
Do I have to replace the fuser or is something else causing this problem?
Thank you.
