Dear HP Service Center Team,

 

 

I hope this message finds you well.


I have been following up for the past 5–6 days but have not received any response. (servicehead@hp.com; printindsme@hp.com; in.contact@hp.com; hpstoreindia@customerservice.team )

I am writing to request your assistance regarding a recent purchase of the above-mentioned printer from the HP Word Center, Viman Nagar, Pune 411014 (MH). At the time of purchase, I had clearly communicated my requirement for a printer that supports color printing and Wi-Fi connectivity. These specifications were confirmed by the sales representative prior to making the payment.

 

However, upon receiving the product, I realized that the printer only supports black-and-white printing and does not include Wi-Fi functionality. This model does not meet my business needs.

When I approached the store for support, I was informed that since the model was suggested by me, they are unable to assist further. Unfortunately, no satisfactory resolution has been offered by the store.

 

I kindly request HP’s support in exchanging this printer for a model that fulfills the original specifications of color printing and Wi-Fi connectivity. I am confident that HP, as a customer-centric brand, will help in resolving this issue appropriately.

For your reference, I have attached a copy of the tax invoice.

Since HP World Centers are independently operated HP Authorized Partners, such cases are reviewed directly by HP’s escalation and store support teams. You’ve already reached out to the right email channels — please allow a bit more time for them to review your request.

If your purchase was made recently and the product remains in its original condition, the HP Store team will evaluate your case for a possible exchange or resolution.
