Hello

The password of my printer is not accepted after setting it, how can I reset it?

By resetting the printer it doesn't work, as this action requires a valid password.

I Understand you need instructions on resetting the admin password, don't worry I'd love to help you.

 

I'm going to send you a private message with the instructions on how to perform an advanced reset on the printer.

The reason why we are utilizing the information in private is because these steps are specific to your printer. 

 

Please check your Private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Forums profile,

Next, to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.

 

I hope this helps resolve this issue completely,
