Please give me instructions to reset the admin password of my printer? After setting up the password with web interface, it does not accept any passwords.

You can try performing a factory reset from the control panel but if that does not clear the password then you will need to perform an NVRAM reset. There are videos on YouTube that show you how.

thats not the solution

1) turn off the printer

2) turn on

3) press question mark (bottom left side) for about 2-3 minutes and then you will see screen say reinit - you are good to go

This did not work at all. The screen just went dark from no activity.
