Product: color laserjet pro MFP M476dw
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I need to print a cleaning page but can't log in to do it because I don't remember what the admin password is for the printer.

 

I believe I need to do a full factory reset but can't because I don't have the admin password.

How do I do a factory reset without the admin password?

Thank you for visiting HP Support Forum,

 

The only option is to restore to factory defaults. (This will clear all custom setting and have to reconfigure)
