Product: HP Color Laserjet M750
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

All, 

 

I have the following network printers with no access to the admin credentials because the person who previously maintained these is no longer around to help out. I am having difficulties getting these printers factory/NVRAM reset. They are HP Laserjet P3015, P4014N and the color laserjet M750. 

 

Most of the instructions I have found online regarding holding the "OK" or "Green Button"  until the three LED lights lit green is not helping as I have not been successful with seeing all three lights lit a solid green simultaneously. I appreciate any assistance on this issue please.

I have the same problem. I have been able to reset to factory setting, but it doesnt clear the IP static address. Printer administrator person has left and I do not have the code. Can someone help?  I have a HP M750 Color Printer.
