Hi All
I have 2 HP Laserjet P1606DN printers (CE749A). Until recently, these were connected to a router with fixed IP addresses (set using the Embedded Web Server) and they both worked well until my router failed. I have tried setting the fixed IP addresses and MAC addresses in the new router and adding the printers back as network printers without success.
Next I tried holding the Go and Job Cancel buttons in then powering on, waiting until the lights stabilise then releasing the Go and Job Cancel buttons. Still no luck adding the printers to the network, the driver can't find either printer.
A Self Test / Device Configuration page shows the IP Address and IP subnet mask all set to 0.0.0.0 and IP Configuration set to MANUAL. The DHCP/Boot Server is also set to 0.0.0.0. I have tried setting the printer up on a USB connection which works fine but I need them on the network. I have looked for a HP Toolbox in the HP P1606 Driver for these printers without success.
It looks to me rather like the printers are useless to me? Any help will be gratefully received.

UPDATE
When I try to access the EWS via the USB driver, I get the following message:

Service documentation indicates that an NVRAM reset may fail the first time and advises to perform another reset. I have sent you a PM with the reset instructions in case the ones you have are incorrect.
