Can you post a sample. This issue is likely to be either a bad black cartridge or a fuser issue. If you remove the black toner and examine the blue/green drum on the bottom you will likely see a line or dot on that drum. The fuser is nearly impossible to see on this model.

I looked at the black cartridge and it does have a faint black line along the edge. I have a new cartridge coming, hopefully that'll fix it.
