Hello. I have an HP M252DW Laser Printer. I am able to connect to the configuration screen (see screenshot)through my Chrome browser. I do get a message from Chrome that says the connection is not secure but I select advanced and proceed anyway. That said - I cannot connect to this same configuration screen with Safari. I am using Safari 11.1.2 and I get the following message from Safari: "Safari cannot open the page HTTPS://npi685cd9.local because Safari can't connect to the server npi685cd9.local". Thanks in advance for your thoughts and input.

It worked with Chrome. I use Sophos as my anti-virus but that was not the issue. I fixed it by adding it to my Safari top sites and that resolved the issue.

Hi,

To ensure I am fully clear with your description, are you able to access it with any other web browser or does it fail with both Safari and Chrome?

May you have any AntiVirus installed on your Mac? and if so what exact antivirus is it?
