Hi,

My printer (CLP-365w) always print a page (see context below) after that i have made a print. How can i turn this off, and what is causing this to happen? Is it due to the Google Cloud printer service?

Seems to be an issue going back a while with Samsung and Google.

Two things to try:

1. Make sure that your firmware is up to date

2. If using wireless and you have a dual band router, set the SSID for the 2.4 Ghz channel to a different one than the 5Ghz channel and only let the printer connect to the 2.4Ghz channel.
