Do Not try and install your new printer from the user manual using HP.com/start/install 

it will fail with error 303 the when you enter your details below you will get a phone call and they will ask you to install a remote access app and then accuse your computer of being damaged and will need to be reset at a cost of £150. End the call and go onto HP official website from Google and download your drivers manually.

Just tried the link you stated, and it takes me to the Microsoft store to install the HP Smart. Perhaps you have some malware on your system that is causing a mis-direction.

Ok have just tried the link again 19/10/26 and back to normal. I did try on 15/10/26 on both a Windows 10  IBM thinkpad and a Dell Inspirion on Windows 11 with same result on the above date and took me to a, I can only suggest a scam website. Maybe HP have got rid of the scammers? who wanted £150 to install windows 11 on both units. By the way 15 years commercial and 5 years retail IT.
