Hello! Can you help me? My scanner does not see my computer when I try to scan directly from the device rather than from the PC. I have already reinstalled everything, but it didn't help. I am currently running Windows 11. Previously, I had Windows 7 and everything worked fine there. Laser Jet Pro MFP M428dw

Hello
How are the printer and computer connected?
If the printer has already installed the full version driver on Windows 11, please test scanning through HP Smart and HP Scan respectively.
If you encounter any issues during the operation process, please take a screenshot and send it to me.
