Scanner slow with saving filed to network folder on window serve 2012.
printer uses it own AD account with correct credentials.
test access works in web config
system worked for two years fine and problem started to occur aprox one month ago.
firmware has been updated to 3.9.4

Two possible causes of slow scanning. First are you using a UDP description for the path (example \\servername\folder) or are you using an IP address (\\192.168.1.57\folder). If your DNS servers are not efficient, then using the IP address format for the folder will provide better performance. You can also check for a setting on the scan to folder called "verify before each scan". This wastes time by having the machine verify the path every time it goes to scan, instead of just scanning.

We have eight printers onboard with scanners currently we only have the issue with our MFP M575.
In use is a IP address network patch to the server folder. No DNS resolver required.
I have checked and the feature "Verify folder access prior to job start" is not enabled.
