Product: HP LaserJet Pro MFP 3103fdw Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11
Scan to Computer don´t work. The Webscan is disabled on my HP LaserJet Pro MFP 3103fdw (PN 3G632A). I cannot find the link to Remote Scan. My EWS displays the following message: ‘You cannot use this function because it has been disabled. For further information, please contact the person who set up the printer.’
In EWS, under ‘WebScan’ in the Scan menu, I am told that WebScan is disabled. But there is no link to Remote Scan on my system. How can I enable and set up WebScan?
