I have a Color Laser Jet Pro MFP M281fdw, and can't remember my PIN for scan to email. How can I reset the PIN?

Welcome to the HP Support Community. I understand you would like to reset the PIN. I'd be happy to assist you.
- Obtain the IP address of the printer – You can touch the “wireless” icon on the printer control panel to obtain the IP address.
- Type the IP address at the top of your web browser to obtain the printer EWS page on your computer.
- If you get any security notification, click on show details/advanced and 'proceed to this website'.
- Go to Scan tab > click on Scan to Email Setup

Set 'To' as Blank and set 'From' as Default From. Click Edit for the active profile and ensure the Security PIN is blank.

Thank you foe that advice however when click on the scan tab it has scan to computer not email. I want to scan to email. I Have always scan to my email however J have lost all the emails that were in my printer and now I am unable to reset my pin and it does not recognize my email that I have always used as an active email
