The first page prints 1/2 inch from the top, as set up for all pages.

The second (back to back) page prints 2 inches down.

I tried creating a .pdf, which had a 1/2 inch top margin on both pages, but when I printed it, it also had the second page start 2 inches from the top of the paper.  When I print only the second page, it has a 1/2 inch top margin.

I want both pages to print 1/2 inch from the top.

I think this is an HP issue.

Has anyone found a solution?

One thing to check is that your paper size settings on the printer match the actual loaded media and that this matches the print driver. Try copying a 2 page document to see if you have the same problem present. You could also have a mis feed problem where the paper is not being picked at the right time.
