Hello,

Brand new HP LaserJet Pro 4001n/dn printer received today (5/9/26) from HP Direct.

Unfortunately, the HP online set-up does not recognize the printer serial number.  The rear label on printer is legible & aligned with enclosed paperwork, box & purchase receipt.  Yet the serial number errors out when attempting to activate the online warranty, HP Support registration & HPSmart Download.  I paid for the HP 3yr service support, yet no phone number contact information without a valid serial number.  Round & round,...

I welcome your advisement.

to check if you can view the printer's warranty status.
Please blur the serial number, take a screenshot, and send it to me. Thank you.
