Serious problem with a reseller of HP printers......

This is very urgent if I must say so.  I purchased the above printer from Amazon.com because their price at the time of purchase, on 11/25/19, was substantially cheaper than on HP.com.  So I ordered The printer from Amazon and the printer stand through HP.com because Amazon did not carry the stand.

Now that the printer is non functional, meaning that it will not power on no matter what troubleshooting is done, Amazon now claims that I never purchased the printer from them which is not true and that my Amazon account billing records have been deleted.  Furthermore, they claim that "no one" at Amazon has record of my billing or purchase of the printer from Amazon - once again; not true.

I need to know ASAP from an HP laser printer expert or Community Forum expert if I gave you all the serial number if you could tell that it came from Amazon or from HP?  I do not think that the serial is considered ultra confidential information, so I am attaching several pictures from the back of the machine because I cannot tell which of all these various numbers would be the ones that you needed.  And there is nothing that states simply SERIAL NUMBER.  See attached photos.

Please advise also who at HP can pull the order for the stand that I did in fact order from HP?

Please note that I am hearing impaired and that I would much appreciate a private message to boot in this case due to the serious nature of my issue.

Could it be, that you ordered it via Amazon marketplace and that that reseller deleted all the accounts? How did you pay for this? Did you get order and shipping confirmations by email?

The serial number is located on the print cartridge access door, visible when they are opened.

Check your warranty status from devices serial number.

Locate closet repair centre and arrange with them printer repair/replacement.

No, I ordered it from Amazon themselves, not one of their resellers.  It came to me shipped "prime" from a nearby Amazon warehouse.  I spoke with someone later this AM in customer service and they said that they accidentally deleted my business account and that they had no record of the purchase.  Which I am sure is a total lie.  You know someone there at Amazon has record of those purchases in backed up data.

So my question now is, since HP is the manufacturer, their warranty reads that they fully warranty the unit for 1 year.  So who do I contact to start either the exchange or return for credit process?  In fact, how do I file an executive complaint with HP?  HP Execs need to be aware that their products are being mishandled by Amazon.  I have had trouble before with Amazon on issues like this.  My orders just have "disappeared".  Anyone else experienced the same?  And boy, let me tell you, there customer service is super hateful.  They had absolutely no interest in my issue.

According to warranty check this unit is covered by onsite warranty until end of November 2020. You will need to contact HP Support at 1-800-HPINVENT . I am puzzled though because you state in your first post that the unit does not power up but you were able to send me a picture of the control panel.

Sir, that was an old photo.  It was the only way that I knew at the time how to record the serial number.  And I still cannot find the serial number inside the printer near the toner cartridges like you said.
