Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a kiosk printer that I need to set up so that it will print one specific document (from a URL) when a person approaches the printer and presses the OK. button. Could be a different button but the idea is that the printer is dedicated to printing the one specific file that is specified by the URL of the file and will print it on demand when a person requests it by pressing a button. Can a printer be set up like this? If so, how?

Printer alone can't do something like that.
