Product: Hp laser jet pro MFP m28-m31
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit)

I am setting up printer and downloaded software from 123.jp.com/laser jet and followed screen instruction.its been more than 1hour screen is showing launching software as I picked the option of complete version. In the background of my computer I can hear the processor sound as it’s working.but I am curious how long it will take to complete or is it stuck.

Install usually does not take more than 10 minutes. Are you sure there is not a hidden window waiting for you to click ok to continue?
