Laserjet Pro M148dw
Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

I just got my new HP Laserjet Pro M148dw. I had a heck of a time getting it setup with a wired connection, but finally got it done. Now I have the following issues:

-Will not do double sided printing even though I have set my print menu on Word to use Print on both sides. I only prints ALL pages on the front of the paper. This was supposed to be Auto Duplex Printing.

-I can print to the printer, send test pages to the printer, no problem. I can't do the setup to setup HP ePrint, because it can't get connected to the internet. My laptop is going through the same wireless router and has no problem getting to the Internet

-Can't setup Google Cloud Print for the same reason as above (no Internet Connection).

Please help me, Please.

The no internet connection suggests that you do not have the correct gateway configured on the network settings for the printer.

The duplex issue is likely due to the driver not detecting the duplex abilities when it configured the drivers. On your PC go to control panel>devices and printers and right click on the icon for your printer and select printer properties from the drop down menu. Click on the device settings tab, scroll down to installable options and make sure it shows duplex unit as installed.
