Product: HP LaserJet Pro M402n Laser Pr
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

We have a HP LaserJet Pro M402n Laser Printer that was recently installed at one workstation. It is printing 4"x6" thermal printer style and we are unable to find the option to remove the shrink to fit ability as we believe that to be the culprit. Where is this option in the system?

Hello, what are some of the options you do see when you go to print? If you see none or very minimual than you have a generic driver installed and will need to install the proper one. But It almost sounds like the choose paper source by pdf size is selected.

The only options that I have are Layout and Paper/Quality.

 

I did find the CD with the drivers, reinstalled it and have all the options back up to use. Thanks for your help
