I am constantly receiving on the Printer window "Supply Memory Error".  This follows installation of a toner cartridge.  The message specifically state "10.1000 supply memory error".  I can clear it and print without difficult but if something needs to be done I want to do it now rather than in the middle of a project.

 

Also, all of my prints since replacing the Toner Cartridge, have a column of 8 printed dots from top to bottom of the 11" side, right side only.  I have removed the toner cartiridge and given it some shaking but that does not help.  I can sent a copy if my explanation is not clear.

 

You advice would be greatly appreciated.

Hi,

A such may occur due to not removing some packing materials from the cartridge, a defective cartridge or a hardware failure but likely occur due to the print cartridge.
