II CAN NOT DONLOAD A SOFTWARE TO MY LASERJET 1018 FOR WINDOS 8.1 I TRIED EVERY THING HP DOCTOR GIVES ME MY OPERATING SESTEM AND RECOCNIZE MY PRINTER EXCEPT GIVING ME THE SOFTWARE I TRIED EVERY THING IT LEED ME TO THE DOCTOR PROGRAM GETTENG NOTHING           SHOULD I THROUH OUT MY PRINTER
