Product: LaserJet Pro M426fdw
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Just purchased this printer. HP said it scans in pdf format, but I can't get the software to install.  When I scan it goes to the Windows scan and uses jpg. I want pdf and more than one page in one document. I never get the HP Scan software. If this is not going to scan pdf, I will be returning it! I have tried installing several times!

Hi,

Try installing the HP Scan Extended below and see if that installs fine and allow scanning PDF or multiple files:

http://ftp.hp.com/pub/scanners/HPScanExt/HPScanExt.msi
