You will likely need to disassemble the printer to get the label out. As you do not state model tough to provide real advice. I will state that WD_40 is one of the best label removers. Dampen the label with WD_40 and leave for about 10 minutes and it will slide off. Cannot do this if label is on any of the image components like a drum unit or the transfer belt of a color printer. You also need to clean any residue off with alcohol afterwards.
