Streaking on outputs

The ink on a signature was still wet when I scanned the 9 page document with the result of all subsequent printouts having  a blue streak down each page. I cannot locate the source of the "stain" on my machine. Where is it and how do I access it?

Lift up the ADF plate and check out where in the picture if there're any dirty clean them up with alcohol.
