I have cleaned the transfer belt, replace toner (genuine HP toner from Staples), updated software, ran a cleaning page and still getting streaks. Toner collects in the tranfer belt after I clean it. HELP PLEASE 🙂

The transfer belt has a wiper blade and if it develops a defect or has material under it, then it will causing streaking. You can sometimes correct a bad transfer belt. Remove it from the printer and using your thumbs move the belt backwards towards yourself a little at a time and you will see a lot of toner on the belt in the front. Move about a total of 2 inches back and then clean up that excess toner. Now move the belt forware and then look at the bottom to see if the belt has toner coming out from the front on the bottom or is now clean. If clean then you might have corrected the problem and install again and see what happens. If toner comes out the bottom side as you turn, then the belt will need to be replaced.
