laserjet m15w
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello,

I'm trying to install my new Laserjet pro M15W but every time it runs out of paper and I reload it, the error message stucks in the system so I can't print unless I restart the computer.

Thanks in advance

Are you connecting via network? If so, check the type of port that the printer driver is using to connect to the printer. Windows 10 always tries to default to a WSD port and the problem is that these rarely reset the error state after you have resolved the issue. We always suggest that for network attached printers that you use a standard TCP/IP port.
