THIS IS A FOLLOWUP TO ANOTHER POST.  HP'S FORUMS DO NOT ALLOW USERS TO REPLY TO ANSWERS.

The Problem:

This problem is only related to copying.  It is a problem with the copy function.

Workarounds are not real solutions.  The workaround is a temporary workflow for others who are suffering from the same problem.

Clearly stating the problem in one short sentence:

The "Paper" or "Paper Size" dialog only accepts these paper types: "A4, Legal, Letter".

Let me draw you a picture:

     |       Paper Size      |

     |         - A4.               |

     |         - Legal.          |
     |         - Letter.         |

     |_       _______ ___|

Desired solutions:

Maybe some way to bypass the errors or automatically answer the error dialogues.

Maybe some kind of hardware patch that will allow more paper size inputs.

Maybe some deeply hidden dialogue that allows more paper sizes than the Copy -> Paper -> Paper Size dialogue.

Feedback about support:

I've found it difficult to get in touch with support, but I'm happy that you've taken an interest.

The mobile website does not accept posts (at least not in my region on Chrome mobile).

In fact, when I click "post", my progress is not saved.  Everything I've written is deleted.  I need to re-type everything.

The Desktop website also has the issue of not posting replies.  Maybe the website should be fixed.

The support agent asked questions that lead me to believe he hadn't read the issue or comprehended it and asked for a thumbs up and an accepted answer.

Ticket info:

I created a ticket over-the-phone.  They said that it would be unlikely that this problem would ever be fixed.  I do want to document the problem, though.
