Product: HP2600N
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

I would like to know where the toner collection unit is and how I can empty it.  The ETB stays full of toner no matter how many times I clean it.  Please help.

There is no toner collection unit in 2600. You might have defective toner or cleaning blade inside the belt got bad.
