HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M278-M281
Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Temp folder security settings edit themselves constantly

I have Printers  HP Color LaserJet  pro MFP M278-M281 which not printering almost I have to change setting

The temporary files folder C:\Users\MyName\AppData\Local\Temp periodically changes its security settings for Everyone as to disallow total control, modification, read and write, list folder content

by unticking them from folder properties - security - [Everyone] - edit - total control.

This behavior is extremely unwanted,  I have to manually tick the total control checkbox from time to time to make sure the printer can print any document , files , ..ect

How can I prevent these security settings to edit themselves constantly?

If the settings on our PC are changing this has nothing to do with the printer, this is a Windows issue that might be better answered if you go to MIcrosofts user support forums.
