Backup of what? The printer model listed has no backup mode that I am aware of. Are you perhaps in the wrong forum?

What are you hoping to backup? Network settings? paper tray settings? These units are too old to have the same type of backup system that current MFP's have, nor is there really any need to on a straight mono-chrome printer.
