Hello, HP support community
I have an HP M254nw color laser printer, which was previously using the HP 203 toner cartridge, will work. After the ink runs out, I installed the HP 202 toner cartridge according to the specifications, the machine can use it. But when I installed it, the ink detector was incompatible and unusable. ( attached photo). And HP M254nw machine is manufactured in Vietnam. Ask the HP support community to help me solve my problem.
