Product: HP Envy 7640
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

The paper size default on my HP 7640 is A4.  I always use letter size and would like to make letter the permanent default size without having to change it every time I print.  How do I do that?

Thank you for purchasing HP products.

 

Change the Paper Size for all documents:

 

  • Use the Paper Size in the printer driver:

    1. Open the Printers or Printers and Faxes folder in Control Panel.
    2. Right mouse click the Envy 7640 printer and left click "Printing Preferences".
    3. Next to Paper Size, select the desired Paper Size. Click Apply to save.
