The printer is working, but the printed output is missing black or with very little ink

Hi,

I'm having issues when trying to print something on my old HP LaserJet 2300.

In fact, the printer page is nearly blank or with a little bit of ink.

I've bought a brand new toner, but it's still present.

Someone has an idea ?

follow the instruction to solve issue.

1. Go to print quality menu through printer control menu & adjust toner density level if not solve then..

2. make a cold reset .

Turn off\on and hold the green checkmark button until all three lights are on. When the lights are on, stop pressing the checkmark. When Select Language appears, press the Up Arrow button to select Cold Reset and press the green checkmark button again.

If the problem persist then clean mirror of laser scanner unit.

it is under top cover, you have to open printer covers
