Not sure what are you saying, can you please be more specific? 
If i have to guess, sounds like you trying to say that the printer does not pickup paper. 
Open your printer, remove the cartridge and check for foreign objects, stuck paper or something like that. If you want, you can take a picture of the inside of your printer, so it would be a lot easier for me to help you

When I'm print a command... printer pic up a paper and start cluck cluck cluck and complete a round but not printing paper

Most likely if the paper is not going through the printer then the pickup roller is worn and needs to be replaced or cleaned.
