Color Laser Jet Pro MFP M277

Hi 

I have a torn paper jam at the back of this printer, is there a way of clearing this as I can't get hold of the paper?

Going through your post, I see that you are having paper jam issues with the LaserJet machine. I found a wonderful document to help you fix this issue.
 

Try the steps listed here:  http://hp.care/2t48y0f

This document explains clearly on how to clear the jam from the rear part of the machine. Follow the steps and let me know if that helps!
