Color Laser Jet Pro M281fdw
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am trying to print transparencies from my Color Laser Jet Pro M281fdw but it keeps jamming. Any advice to fix this?

I am running Windows 10 and this is the transparencie sheets I'm using are "Apollo Transparency Film for Laser Printers, Color, 50 Sheets/Pack (VCG7070)" and "3M CG 3700 Color Laser Transparency Film". Search that in Amazon I don't know if I'm allowed to link. If I am I could edit this with the links. Thanks.

Indeed, be sure to change the paper settings for both the printer hardware and its driver.

From the Printer tab Setup > System Setup > Paper Setup and from there make sure the expected Paper Size is selected.

From your computer, also access Properties from the print dialog to open the Printing Preferences Dialog, there be sure to select the required paper type too.

When you use them, are you setting the paper type on the printer and in the computer to Transparency? If not, that can cause some issues.

Thanks for the quick reply. I did have a hard time figuring out what the "Printer Tab Setup" was.
