How do we configure the paper type for Tray 2 and Tray 3 to support envelope printing?  Currently we are only able to set the paper type on tray 1 / feeder tray to envelopes.  We can make the change in the windows driver, but on the printer configuration panel the option doesn't appear?  I've repositioned the alignment for the envelopes but no change.

The device we have is the LaserJet Enterprise M612dn.  I recently learned the other day after talking with support over chat that the tray we received was actually the incorrect tray.

 

Our vendor sold us the L0H17A tray for this device when we asked and requested the L0H21A  so i'm currently trying to get the tray exchanged.

Many models do not support printing envelopes from any tray other than the MP. This is due to technical challenge inherent in some paper paths that prevent reliable feeding of paper from drawers. Some models offer a dedicated envelop tray you can purchase but that is model dependant.
