HP OfficeJet Pro 9010 series

Hi,

I have a brandnew HP OfficeJet Pro 9010 series machine and I'm having trouble with making the scanner function work. Printing via my wifi is working well, it's just the scanner that's causing issues.

 

I've been on hp's online troubleshoot pages but nothing helps (printer code/claim code don't work even after refreshing, the machine is not accepting my email setup, I can't find a valid SMTP server code etc.). It's very complicated, I can't believe it! The virtual assistant is useless. I need to contact with a real human.

I understand that you are unable to configure the scan for HP OfficeJet Pro 9010 series.

 

Do not worry. I will try to fix the issue.
