Product: Omen
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am unable to get my HP 1022 printer working with my new HP Omen PC. The printer worked fine with my old Windows 10 PC.

 

I have a flashing orange light at the top of the 3 lights. Nothing goes to the print Q.

Unplug all cables out of 1022 for a while then plug only power cable back and power on.

If 1022 gets to ready ,if yes ,press the green button it should print a deme page and 1022 is fine ,if not and still  3 lights on then 1022 needed to be fix.

Switched off for 24 hours then back on. Still have top light of 3 flashing orange.

Have you ever tried just plug only power cable and unplug USB/RJ45 cable and do that again?

I unplugged the usb an hour agao plugged it back in and I was up up and away! Thanks.
