HP LaserJet MFP M130nw
Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit)

How do you turn off the toner and drum notifications?

Everytime we go to print, we are bombarded with these notifications. I have tried to look through the settings but to no avail.

We are currently using a HP LaserJet MFP M130nw.

When going to 'Printer Properties' > Device Settings > there is no option to disable to pop-up notifcations.

Any help is appreciated.

Greetings!

Welcome to the HP Community. This is a great place to get support, find answers and tips to your technical queries. I have reviewed your post and I understand, you are trying to disable the printer status notifications.

Don't worry, I'm here to help!

Let's try these steps -

1) Open the Devices and Printers folder, right-click the HP UPD, and then select Properties.

2) Click the Device Settings tab.

3) In the Installable Options section, set Printer Status Notification to either Enable or Disable.

4) Click OK.

Let me know how that goes.

Hi Asmita,

Unfortunately I do not have "1) Open the Devices and Printers folder, right-click the HP UPD, and then select Properties." as an option?

Thanks
