UNEXPECTED PAPER SIZE LOAD LEGAL IN TRAY 1.

the print job specs match the paper size and tray. there is only tray 1 in this printer.

also it requests pressing OK on the printer control panel which afterwards starts a cleaning sequence followed by repeated printing of that same page. it does not print the next pages in the document. very annoying

What paper size and type is loaded into the tray?

Please remove the paper and reload it to the tray and evaluate the prompt on screen - is the correct paper type and size are loaded?

If not please set the currect paper size and type and check or any difference.
